The members of the Blackwood branch are bursting with pride:  Anne Vinnicombe, a founder-member and mentor of our branch, has published a most fascinating book, arising out of her extensive searches within her own family.

‘HMS OTTER  1767-1778’ is the biography of a Sloop of War, meticulously researched and presented, and we all look forward to reading it.

Not available at the moment, this is a book to look out for and read if you get the chance.

The manuscript will eventually be given to a charity to raise funds for that charity
